As part of sharing ourselves and strengthening our bonds, three of our team offered afternoon workshops to the camp leaders, staff and ministry leaders of RiseMalawi.  Sio Wedderburn gave a presentation to the staff on trauma-informed care, Nancy Cauffman (ably assisted by Maggie Bennett) demonstrated some basic first aid to the camp leaders, and Mindy Holman (along with Phyllis Jones) worked with the ministry leaders on their vision for the future and how the UrbanPromise International board might best support their leadership.  The rest of the team divided themselves up to support those giving the presentations.  In every workshop we were greeted with enthusiasm, engagement and a wonderful afternoon of getting to know each other better!
